Music producer Droid Bishop has released his upbeat remix of Saint Mars song ‘Ocean Blues’, the original mood is unrecognizable in this synthwave version that feels like a call to the dancefloor. The remix was released via Grá Mór Phonic Records. Droid Bishop kicks off the first of the official ‘Ocean Blues’ remixes to be released.
Saint Mars is an indie rock outfit that currently sits on a total stream rate of 1.5 million and counting. The band is led by manager Marc Darcange as well as Massive Attack guitarist Angelo Bruschini, and of course the vocals of teenage lead singer Tryzdin which still shine through in all its glory on the remix.
Previously featured on Synthian,they commented on the release, “‘Ocean Blues’ speaks on the impact of bullying, but Droid Bishop makes this somber tale a lighthearted and groove-filled synth banger.”
