Millenium is the newly released posthumous EP by French Wave producer Øfdream. Released by The Playground Records earlier this week, the 4-track project, whether intended or otherwise, is a dedication to the deceased pioneer.

Whilst the producer was active, he released a debut EP, Anthology, Part 1, that would go on to launch his career, earning him over 40 million tracks on the EP’s star track, ‘Thelema’. Additionally, the EP was featured on several Spotify editorial playlists such as  Electronic Mix, Witch House Mix, The Sound Of Wave, and more.

Now back to the new EP. On it, listeners will unearth the dark Wave lead single ‘Certain Degree’, an emotional song in its underwater nostalgia. Filtered and warm, this one wraps the listener in a blanket of sonic mist. In words long-last spoken, the producer said: “I am really happy with the release of ‘Millennium’. I worked hard on the different atmospheres and space of this EP and hope it takes your mind on a trip.”
