Enigmatic producer and artist Juche has added a dollop of moody synthwave on his remix of  Tee Dee Dee’s ‘War.’ The original track is lifted from Tee Dee Dees upcoming album  1^2=1 which was produced by Ben Shopen and is scheduled for release in 2022. The Spanish producer has already had BBC Radio airplay, and judging by his social media, has a very dedicated fan base.

Tee Dee Dee’s is the solo project of Israeli artist Ori Mark – writer and editor by day, rockstar by night. 

‘War (Juche Remix)’ leaves plenty of the original track, but finds new ground in a darker, moodier sound. Juche balances elements of the original against his own style and construction, mutating it by accentuating the brooding atmosphere and driving in a harder beat. The result is a rolling synthwave makeover, clearly bearing the stamp of the remixer.

Juche tells us: “When I listened to the original song for the very first time, I was convinced that (Tee Dee Dees’) voice was very versatile. I could have made a different sound, but I thought that making some kind of ”Pop” music and ”Wave” would be super appropriate. I tried a similar approach, mixing past & contemporary sounds, adding that Juche dreamy and nostalgic touch.”
