Lauded electronic music producer Sasha Carassi unveiled his remix of Harry Kaze’s single ‘On My Lips’ on 15 November via the ILINX imprint. Sasha puts his wealth of experience to impeccable use with this remix, as he transforms the track into a sumptuous new wave-influenced offering.

Over the course of his mammoth career, Sasha has performed at the likes of Zamna Festival in Mexico, Amnesia in Ibiza and Kappa FuturFestival in Italy. He’s also had releases on the likes of Diynamic, Bedrock and Renaissance. Harry Kaze is a French producer and DJ whose music uplifts and energises, with releases on Gorgon City’s label Realm Records, as well as support from Pete Tong for his track ‘Damage’.
With the remix, Sasha alters the original melodic house track into an exceptional 80s influenced sonic voyage. The Italian makes use of his signature drum kit, which creates an atmosphere of expansion and elevation to the original. The remix is emotive and sincere, sublimely showcasing Sasha’s genius and expertise.
Sasha Carassi reveals: “When I received the demo of ‘On My Lips’ by Harry Kaze, I was struck at first listening: I imagined a better reality in an utopian world, where the sincerity of the emotions and the taste for a sophisticated design are rediscovered. Energetic beat, gentle arpeggio and catchy vocals are just three of the elements perfectly wedged together. My vision is very faithful to the original one, but enhanced by my signature drum kit. This version highlights a climax in the break, which leaves room to a more essential design during the whole draft.”
