Take a listen to the unique stylings of Jay Wud and his intriguing track, ‘Poetic Justice’. The song is taken from his upcoming album, Dark Cinema which will be released via his own independent label on the 30th of November. Slightly further into the “experimental wave” style than we usually venture, the song captured our attention with its gradual and elegant build that draws listeners in.
Jay Wud tells us about the upcoming album: “Dark Cinema is an emotionally driven record inspired by our current world events in 2020. Every track narrates a period during lockdown and was my way of summarizing this chaos in sound.”
The Dubai-based producer is known for exploring different genres – dancing from metal to hip hop, before arriving at experimental/electronic style where we see him now.
